His expertise offers a unique perspective on swimming, club systems, and water sports facilities, including upcoming projects. With over 25 years in graphic design, he understands the intricacies of design projects and owns a graphic design studio. He also manages websites and social media related to sports and wellness. As a swimming coach and international referee, Ruslan actively shapes a “Learn to swim” program in Ukraine.
