This is a RenovAction, replacing the elevated rooftop concrete pool that failed in less than ten years.  The owner, Greystar, was looking to renovate the pool space and solve the problems of a concrete/plaster pool which had sprung a number of leaks that caused an issue on the floors below.  Pool Art USA was the contractor that re-defined the entire leisure space, creating a game area, barbeque bar and lounging section, complete with a new paver style deck and exquisite Myrtha pool, which consists of two sunshelves, lap area and even a water volleyball course.  It is a Myrtha skimmer ceramic waterline tiled structure, with Myrtha Evolution Anti-Slip Membrane.
