Bowling Green High School’s historic swimming and diving facility has churned out many Kentucky stars over the years, and its facility was nicknamed the ‘Dome of Champions‘ in recognition of the building’s unusual shape and pattern of high achievement. Due to changing space requirements, where the old pool used to be, there are now classrooms for the school. But Myrtha Pools is proud to have provided the competition pool for the school’s completely updated aquatics hub. The Bowling Green Purples swim and dive team can now enjoy a state-of-the-art facility featuring Myrtha’s modular stainless steel technology, two diving boards, a versatile pool with depths ranging from 5′ to 12′, and Myrtha Spectrum hybrid starting blocks.

 

Designed for both short-course swim training and racing along with diving, the new facility anchored by Myrtha technology opens a new chapter in excellence for Bowling Green High School.
