Edgewood High School

California, Usa

At the heart of the new sport complex is a new Myrtha 50 meter Olympic sized swimming pool that is designed to cater to the water polo and swim programs for both Edgewood High School and West Covina School District. Thanks to the extreme accuracy of Myrtha’s moveable bulkhead, the Edgewood pool can be separated for different groups activities, and also host competitions.

The southeast and northwest perimeters of the pool are flanked by stands for 350 people and covered with thermal/solar canopies, a sustainable technology that helps to reduce pool heating costs. The complex will include four locker rooms, two digital scoreboards capable of video playback, and a high-quality sound system.

Another state-of-the-art Myrtha project completed for a California school district!
