Granada High School
Granada High School, home of the Matadors, has a brand-new athletic facility, including a 35-meter Myrtha competition and training pool focusing on swimming and water polo. The pool has our California Ceramic Gutter style with a Daltile C701 handgrip. A stair entry on the entire side of the pool, allowing for ease of entry and teaching area for students and the community.
The $16.6 million renovation project was paid for with Measure J funds, which is a $245 million facilities bond approved by the Livermore voters in 2016 to help modernize classrooms, renovate facilities, repair aging infrastructure, increase access for individuals with disabilities, and improve overall safety and security.
Myrtha is also working on the new Athletics & Aquatics complex across town at Livermore High School. The scheduled completion date for the sports complex is spring 2022 and the pool is set for completion by summer 2023.
