His background spans the design and delivery of complex medical, public and sports facilities, with strong expertise in movable floors and rehabilitation systems. At EWAC Pools he combines this technical knowledge with Myrtha’s modular solutions, ensuring durable, high-quality projects across the Benelux.

Joep de Graaf, Head of Sales at EWAC Pools, has built his entire career within the company over more than 12 years. With strong expertise in swimming-pool and water-technology projects, he combines commercial insight with a solid technical background. Experienced in tender-driven processes and public-sector projects, he leads Benelux sales with a focus on clarity, long-term collaboration and well-executed solutions.

Tim Groen, Head of Operations at EWAC Pools, is a Mechanical Engineer with more than nine years of experience at EWAC. After starting in service and maintenance, he developed a strong understanding of installed systems and on-site performance. Today he oversees engineering coordination, project execution and operational quality, combining technical precision with practical field insight to ensure reliable, well-delivered swimming-pool projects.
Marketing Manager
