Myrtha Pools presents its third ESG Report: innovation and sustainability drive future growth
Myrtha Pools has released its third ESG Report, reaffirming its commitment to innovation, social responsibility, and environmental performance. The document, which outlines the company’s sustainability strategy for 2024, reflects a year of achievements and forward-looking initiatives that strengthen Myrtha’s role as a global leader in sustainable aquatic solutions.
The letter to stakeholders reiterates a clear mission: to make sustainability a real driver of value, innovation and growth, as well as a guiding principle. This vision is reflected in Myrtha Pools' participation in the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games as an official supporter. For this event, three highly engineered temporary swimming pools were built and are now being reinstalled in aquatic centres, where they will be available to the community as permanent facilities. This is an exceptional example of circular innovation and social legacy.
Myrtha Pools’ dedication to sustainable design was also recognized internationally in 2024, when the Singapore Green Building Council certified three of its technologies – Myrtha stainless steel panels and Myrtha Evolution and anti-slip membranes – for their environmental performance throughout their life cycle. These certifications confirm Myrtha as the only pool manufacturer in its sector to achieve SGBC recognition.
The ESG report also highlights progress in renewable energy use, carbon emission reduction, and product recycling initiatives, including research into the recovery of composite materials used in Myrtha structures. The company continues to integrate technology and sustainability into every project, from major sports facilities to leisure and hospitality segments, promoting a low-impact, high-performance future for aquatic environments.
