Together with aquatic consultants Brandstetter-Carroll and installers DWR Aquatics, Myrtha Pools transformed the 30-year-old pool at the YMCA Hopkins County into a modern aquatic facility.
The refurbishment combined Myrtha and Renovaction technologies to upgrade the existing 25-yard, six-lane competition pool, now equipped with new starting blocks, and to introduce a new ramp to improve accessibility.
A warmer learn-to-swim pool was also built alongside the main basin. This new pool features a Myrtha skimmer system and is equipped with stairs, creating an ideal environment for children and therapy programmes. Together, the two pools enable the YMCA to serve the community with a versatile and future-ready aquatics centre
